Fibroids: Women Can Now Breathe

At least 25% population of women in the reproductive age have nagging issues with fibroid which, in many cases compromise their fertility status. Many of us complain quietly to friends who recommend all kinds of therapists and medications and local herbs. When the needed results are not forthcoming they then go to the hospitals where the Obstetrician will recommend surgery which will not even put paid to the myriads of problems.
Well I have decided to join suit in searching for a less expensive, less invasive and general life improving solution that will put smiles on the faces of my fellow women. And you know what? Many are significantly relieved, some others are still considering which way to go with their multiple problems which of course, includes the search for a child, and Praise God! Some of my patients have not only had their fibroid  and symptoms cleared, but are even pregnant!!
So what is the secret?Simple but definite lifestyle changes, the use of hormone balancing and liver detoxing herbs and a few more.
For starters, your diet must change from eating lots of pastries, raw sugar, red meat and caffeine to going fully green. Heavily processed food like white flour, white rice, sugar cause insulin spike in the blood.Insulin changes the way the body handles oestrogen which, in turn, increases fibroid formation.
Salads will be your main stay at this period of your life and I will caution that you be careful with raw cabbage so that always come down with food poisoning. Cabbage is very good health but so do toxins love to hide in some parts of them. So do well to rinse them in water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar or steam them for a few minutes before adding in a your salads.
Soya products and bitterleaf are good for hormone balance and fertility in that they add to the effect of oestrogen, being phytoestrogens themselves but you have to avoid them if oestrogen dominance is the cause of your fibroid. So also should garlic be suspended if you bleeding profusely because garlic will thin your blood and increase the bleeding. Otherwise, garlic is excellent for the heart.
As you adjust your diet and begin some form of exercises, you need to find ways to navigate your stress triggers and learn to take things easy. If not your your produce a stress hormone- cortisol, from your progesterone which will further deplete that hormone and making oestrogen more dominant.
